WITHDRAWAL
a. The Customer, if he has paid an amount that exceeds thirty (30 €) Euros, has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Product, without compensation and without informing the Company of the reason for the withdrawal, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date that the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquired the physical possession of the Product. The Company, provided that the Product will be returned first accompanied by the retail sales receipt or the purchase invoice, will return the price received from the Customer, without undue delay and definitely within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day inform the Company about the decision to withdraw.
b. The withdrawal from the purchase of the Product is possible only if the Product is sent to the Company in perfect condition in which the Customer received it, ie it is unused and its original packaging has not been altered.
In particular, the Products of the Company which, due to their type e.g. earrings may be damaged, for reasons of hygiene and for reasons of protection of public health, are not suitable for return after delivery, therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply.
c. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Company about the withdrawal in the following ways:
i) By sending by mail or electronically the withdrawal form listed in section B of the Annex of Law 2251/1994, as codified, amended and valid under ΥΑ 5338/2018 (Government Gazette Β '40 / 17.01.2018) and ΥΑ 85090 / 2018 (Government Gazette B '3519 / 21.08.2018)
If the withdrawal is exercised within the above deadline, the Company will accept it by informing the Customer.
REPLACEMENT
In case the Company sends to the Customer a Product which is either defective (eg it has been damaged in the package during the shipment etc) or is not what the Customer ordered, the latter has the right to return it to the Company, in order to be replaced. The charge for the return of the defective or unordered Product and the shipment of another is borne by the Company.
Replacement is made, only if the Customer informs the Company within three working (3) days from the receipt of the Product. After this time the replacement will not be possible. In addition, especially in case another Product was shipped from the one ordered by the Customer, this to be replaced must be in the same condition in which it was received, without having its packaging violated.

In case the Product sold is a unique part and therefore if it shows a defect it can not be replaced, the full price paid will be refunded.
In case the Product sold is earrings, if it shows a defect it can not be replaced for reasons of hygiene and protection of public health and the full price paid will be refunded.
money return
a. The refund of the Customer in case of withdrawal will be made depending on the way he chose to pay the Product in the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to something different. In any case, no refund will be charged. If the Customer has paid by cash on delivery, credit, debit or prepaid (PayPal) card or deposit in a bank account, then in the withdrawal form he will also state the bank account to which he wishes the money to be deposited.
b. In case the reason for withdrawal is due to the fault of the Company, it will bear the cost of returning the Products at its own expense. In case the Customer withdraws without the fault of the Company, then the shipping costs for the return of the Products are borne by the Customer himself.
